When you visit

Your browser sends the information needed to request a page, such as an IP address, requested URL, browser details and request time. Cloudflare Workers delivers the public website and can process technical, delivery and security information. This version contains no advertising pixels, third-party browser analytics, embedded media or external fonts.

The public information pages do not create a WikiTitan account, take payment or submit an inquiry. Links marked with an email address open your own email app. An invitation token in a URL fragment is processed only in your browser and is removed from its visible address before the invitation opens in the native app; it is not submitted as an account request by this page.

When you contact us

If you email us, we receive your address, message and any attachments you choose to send. We use that information to understand and respond to your inquiry, address an account or content concern, or handle a rights request. Our business email is hosted through Google Workspace. Do not send passwords, one-time codes, invitation secrets, payment details or unnecessary sensitive information.

Purpose, necessity and retention

We use technical information for our legitimate interests in delivering and protecting this information website. We use correspondence to answer your request and follow up on it, and to comply with a legal duty where a rights request requires that. We balance these interests against your rights and do not use this site for advertising or profiling. Information should be kept only for those purposes, an applicable legal duty or a justified dispute record. There is no account or learning-history database created by browsing these public pages, and no advertising profile is created by this implementation.

Hosting and mail providers also apply their own operational and security retention. We do not promise immediate deletion from their systems or a fixed retention period that has not been verified. Ask us about information associated with your request or ask for it to be corrected or deleted; we will consider your request under the law that applies.

Providers and processing locations

Cloudflare and Google may use infrastructure and support outside your country, including outside the EEA. This notice does not claim EU-only website or email processing. The learning app and its account data are covered by a separate notice. See Cloudflare’s privacy information and Google’s privacy information for their own practices. You can contact us with questions about how these providers support this website and our correspondence.

Cookies, account tools and external links

This static public site does not set a WikiTitan sign-in cookie or provide working sign-in, account-management or purchase forms. Account tools are a separate service and are not available on these information pages. The app privacy notice will explain account and learning data before account access opens. Following an external link brings you to that provider’s service and its policies.

Questions and rights

Contact support@wikititan.com to ask about access, correction, deletion, objection, restriction or portability where applicable, or to raise another privacy concern. We may need proportionate information to verify a request; we will not ask for your password. Applicable legal rights and response deadlines are not replaced by the beta’s future cancellation rules.

You can contact the competent supervisory authority. For Dutch matters, the Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens explains its complaint process. This does not limit access to another competent authority.

App and beta privacy

The intended WikiTitan app has separate account, learning, subscription and AI data flows. Those services are still in preparation. The fuller app privacy notice will explain their data use before account access opens.
